Another of our introductions from South America. This one comes from the southern part of Bolivia from an area at the base of the Andes Mountains. It’s not surprising that it has that “old fashion” tomato taste since this tomato has purportedly been around for hundreds of years. Andes Pink hails from the world where the Incan Kingdom ruled for centuries and cultivated many of the great food crops we enjoy today. Because of the rich heritage of this tomato, it deserves a spot in your heirloom garden.
