Mizuna Asian Greens


Isn’t it great how we are discovering all these new foods from around the world? Mizuna is another one of those plants that you might not be familiar with but should try. This peppery little green is great in soups, stir fries and salads. It is not as spicy as Arugula and has a flavor that is uniquely its own. It is best to pick it young while it is tender.
